At the center of this project is the forward-looking healthcare building Cube 17, a modern new development that provides space for innovation and medical excellence. Renowned companies from the healthcare sector have established themselves here and benefit from efficient, environmentally friendly building technology. In close collaboration with the planners, a sustainable heat pump solution was implemented—perfectly combining comfort, energy efficiency, and climate protection.
