Partnerlevel 1
You start out as a "Fachpartner". The requirements are initial successful installations and participation in seminars at the WATERKOTTE Academy. You benefit from training courses, marketing materials, and support for business development. The status is valid for three years and can be extended.

Partnerlevel 2
Through advanced training, you will qualify as a "Service-Fachpartner". You will independently perform service and maintenance work within the scope of the warranty and guarantee. Regular training ensures the highest quality of service.

Partnerlevel 3
"Premium partners" are distinguished by a high number of installed WATERKOTTE heat pumps, their own product showrooms, and highly trained employees. This status stands for competence, visibility, and exclusivity in the market.
