Every on-site maintenance visit is worthwhile

Our on-site maintenance services are performed once as standard. You can book the service again as required. Each maintenance service ensures the high performance and longevity of your WATERKOTTE system. Maintain optimum performance in the long term!

The annual on-site system check

On request, our certified service partners will thoroughly inspect your heat pump and carry out software updates and system optimisations. In addition to a visual inspection of the device components, they will check for leaks and efficiency and clean any existing filters.

Analysis of the system history

The results of the functional and efficiency tests are compared with each other during repeated maintenance in order to gain the greatest possible insight into the functionality and efficiency of the system and to carry out targeted optimisations. A maintenance report summarises the results.

You can request and book WATERKOTTE maintenance directly when purchasing your heat pump. Alternatively, you can book a one-off or regular on-site maintenance service at any time. Your heat pump will benefit from a check-up at any time.

Further services

In addition to or as an alternative to on-site maintenance, WATERKOTTE RemoteCare offers remote system monitoring without the need for appointments. Annual checks of system functions and daily monitoring of performance data are carried out from the WATERKOTTE computer centre.
