An annual system check is carried out from the WATERKOTTE data center. Daily efficiency monitoring enables immediate optimizations to ensure that your heat pump always runs at maximum efficiency and economy!

We monitor the functionality of your WATERKOTTE system via the Internet. Annual checks of system functions and daily monitoring of performance data are carried out from the WATERKOTTE computing centre. Benefit from additional exclusive services:

The annual software-controlled system check

The RemoteCare service combines maximum living comfort with lasting energy efficiency. Every year, the system functions are checked and the generation and efficiency values of your system are evaluated. The maintenance log documents the services provided and confirms your system's efficiency.

Analysis of the system history

To ensure optimum system efficiency, the performance values are continuously logged. This means that our technicians can analyse any performance differences or anomalies at any time using the system history and often initiate optimisations remotely.

Direct installation or retrofitting

You can install the RemoteCare service directly with your WATERKOTTE heat pump or easily retrofit it. In addition to an internet connection, a WATERKOTTE RemoteBox is required to use the service.

Further services

In addition to or as an alternative to remote maintenance, WATERKOTTE offers on-site maintenance with an intensive system inspection. In cooperation with WATERKOTTE Service and certified WATERKOTTE partners, the heat pump is inspected either once or annually.
